Finally, he looked at her who was continuously trying to gain his attention.

"look Kartik it's not a big deal, You know it's a fantasy world and they could do it like that." She tried to make him understand but his next words made her embarrassed.

"Agar gun chal gayi to?" (What if the gun goes off?)

Her jaw fell to the ground in disbelief. She chuckled thinking that he was thinking about this.

She sat beside him and asked, "What if the gun is not loaded? It can be empty."

He nodded in understanding and checked her out up and down. She nervously smiled and asked, "What?"

He brushed her loose hair strand and tucked it under her ear, "To tum ye sab padhti ho?" (So, you read these kinds of things)

Her smile dropped when he asked that with his cold face. she nodded meekly and said, "Sorry" he frowned at her down face and lifted her chin to look at his eyes directly.

"You know what? I never thought a gun could give you this kind of pleasure. Do you want to try it? Actually, I do have a gun" he said with a smirk. Her face turned red in embarrassment and buried her face in his chest. He chuckled at her reaction.

"Don't you want to recreate this?" her face snapped toward him and gulped. She shook her head negatively with her red face lowering down her head.

"Don't you think that I am dirty like I read these kinds of books" he chuckled and said, "You can't be dirty for me. Never in my life."

"And I don't know what you're feeling but I want to recreate it." He said teasing her. She slapped his bicep and said, "Kartik, don't say that"

He laughed looking at her cute face. "I don't know who's this writer but she sure has a deep fantasy or a wild partner."

Siya agreed with him and said, "I also think that. Her story plot and smuts are awesome." He was about to kiss her but a call disturbed him.

He made a serious face and said, "Sorry macchar, I have to go to the office" She frowned and asked, "Why this late?"

"They are saying that there's something wrong with the machines which are used for products. I have to take care of that" he kissed her forehead and wore his suit. She looked at him with sad eyes.

"sorry Siya, Agar tumhe believe nhi hai to dad se puch lena wo bhi mere sath hi jane wale hai" (Sorry Siya, if you don't believe me then ask dad, he is also going with me)

She shook her head and said, "Nahi kartik esa mat kaho. Mujhe tumpar khud se jyada bharosa hai" (No Karthik, don't say that. I trust you more than myself)

Kartik smiled and touched both of their foreheads and kissed her, "Bas kuch der me aa jaunga" (I'll be back in just a little while)

Shweta started arranging pillows and blankets. Veer who was lying on the bed without a shirt with the support of his elbows, glared at her and said, "Aaj bhi girne ka irada hai kya?" (Do you intend to fall today too?)

Shweta glared at him with her cute cute eyes and said, "Aaj tum soge yaha" (you will sleep here today)

Veer raised his eyebrow and chuckled, saying, "Mai aur waha?" (Me and there?) he pointed towards him and the couch.

"Ha tum aur yaha" (Yes you and here.) She gave him a tight-lipped smile. He rolled his eyes and spread his arms properly laying on the bed, "No, I'll not"

Shweta gritted her teeth in anger and said, "Aise kaise nhi jaoge" (How can you not go like this)

She held his hand and pulled him with her full force but he didn't budge. She was trying but it didn't work. At last, he pulled her towards him.

Shweta directly landed on the bed above Veer. His breath hitched when her soft lip touched his naked chest. He looked down at her face, still breathing heavily.

Her heartbeat increased with the sudden closeness between them. She never felt something like this in her life. He flinched a little as she touched his chest. He gulped feeling her heartbeat getting heavy. Unknowingly she kissed again at the same place and then again kissed him near his nipple.

He groaned at her sudden attack. He turned her over. Now, he was above her and she was under him. he touched her face sensually and kissed her neck earning a soft moan. She moved her hand on his hair and gripped it in her tiny fist.

She tilted her head to give him more access to him. He left her neck, looked directly into her eyes, and realized what he was doing. He left her and went to the bathroom. He fisted her hairs in his fingers and cursed himself to lose control.

Shweta buried her face on the pillow in embarrassment. She can't believe that she kissed a man by herself, especially on his chest. She cursed herself and covered herself in the blanket.

He came outside when his phone rang. She picked up the call because it was his father,

"Veer, come here we found a lead"

"Which lead dad" she asked him. Uday slapped his forehead and said,

"Nothing Shweta, give this phone to Veer," he said controlling himself not to shout at her.

"But dad he's in the bathroom-"

"I said give him the phone" he shouted at her having enough of her excuses.

She flinched and ran to the bathroom and knocked on the door, "Veer your dad's call"

He opened the door, snatched the phone from her hands, and talked with him. From the day she came here, this was the first time she heard someone yelling at her. She never thought that Uday would ever yell at her.

She sighed and again laid down on the bed. Veer already went somewhere without telling her. Her body started shivering at the thought of Rituraj. These days she almost forgot about him and her father.

Her good side consoled herself saying, "It's okay, Shweta maybe he was frustrated by your words"

"But I just told him that he was in the bathroom, why did he shout at me?" she argued.

"Maybe it was something important." Her good side told her, "Now sleep like a good girl"

"It's okay Shweta, koi nhi. Tujhe apni jindagi khud jini hai. Waise bhi tu to divorce le hi legi" (It's okay Shweta, no one. You have to live your life yourself. You will get a divorce anyway.)

She consoled herself too and slept after hearing her.

Shivansh was sleeping with Jai in his left arm and Aditi in his right arm. Shivansh's phone's ringing disturbed Jai's sleep. He started crying.

Aditi picked him in his arms, rubbed his back, and made him sleep again. Shivansh picked up the phone, his facial features changed to that cold and dangerous one. Aditi gulped in fear looking at him. he picked up his shirt and pants, wearing them.

He stormed out of the room without telling her. She felt that he again went somewhere without telling her. "Purani adat hai kaha se chutegi." (It's an old habit, how can it be gotten rid of?)

She laid jai on the bed and was about to sleep but Shivansh barged into the room with a water bottle.

She sat on her place and looked at him all confused. He placed that water bottle on the nightstand and sat in front of Aditi and kissed her forehead. He tucked her hair behind her ears and said, "Bas thodi der me wapas aa jaunga. Kaam hai" (I will be back in a little while. I have some work)

His eyes were red. She didn't understand his emotions, he was a little angry but still, he came to tell her that he was going. It made her smile. She nodded. He went out of the room.

She placed her hand on Jai's stomach to comfort him and sleep facing him.

Ankit was sitting on the chair, fuming in anger. Kartik, Veer, and Shivansh came and saw Uday beating a man mercilessly. Veer asked Uday about him. Uday didn't say anything and continued beating him.

Shivansh asked Ankit about him, "Dad, who's he?"

"He was there," Ankit said with a heavy voice like he wanted to murder him. They understood who he was and waited to let Uday torment him. Unfortunately, Uday messed up his condition. That man went unconscious of his beating. Ankit flinched and ordered him, "Doctor bulao. Ye aadmi abhi mar nhi sakta." (Call the doctor. This man cannot die now.)

Uday ordered one of his men to call a doctor. Ankit said to them, "Kal sab pata chal jayega. Meri behen mujhe mil jayegi" (I will know everything tomorrow. I will find my sister) Shivansh nodded and said, "Dad please call us if you find anything"

Ankit nodded and ordered the doctor to check him.

The next day, at 8 P.M.,

Arjun reached Yuvika's house early in the morning. He rang the doorbell. Anvi, Yuvika's mother opened the door and said, "Kartik, ayiye ander ayiye" She invited him inside. (Karthik, come inside)

He sat on the sofa and saw Yuvika moping the floor at a distance. Her outfit looked like a maid's outfit, Dull and boring.

Arjun glared at Anvi and then Mahesh who came downstairs. They were letting her do those chores and he didn't like it. He thought that they were like those typical Indian parents who made their daughters do these chores forcefully. He was about to yell at them but a sound interrupted him.

Mahesh accidentally kicked the bucket from which she was moping the floor. Dirty water spread on the floor. She gasped in irritation and said, "Papa, ye kya kiya" (Dad, what did you do?) She whined and stomped her foot.

"Ye kya kar rahi ho Yuvi?" he asked looking at the floor. (What are you doing Yuvi?)

"Kuch nhi bas pocha laga rahi thi," she said nervously noticing Kartik in the hall. (Nothing, I was just mopping the floor)

Anvi looked in her husband's direction and asked narrowing her eyes, "Aap to rahne dijiye, punishment mili hai is ladki ko" (You let it be, this girl has been punished) 

Arjun frowned at the confirmation that he was right, "Aapne meri wife ko punishment di?" (You punished my wife?) he asked glaring at Anvi.

Anvi also narrowed her eyes at him and said confidently, "Ha di to kya?" (So what if yes?")

Arjun gulped and asked, "Why?" Because he didn't get any answer of her to kya.

Anvi crossed her hands around her chest and said, "Kal ye khana khana bhul gayi thi, aur ajj breakfast bhi nhi kar rahi isliye ye punishment di taki bhuk lage is ladki ko" (Yesterday she forgot to eat and today she is not even having breakfast, hence this punishment was given so that this girl feels hungry.)

Arjun blinked his eyes rapidly and said, "Seriously, Yuvika tum khana khana kaise bhul sakti ho. Kal jab maine phone kiya tha tab to to tumne kaha tha ki kha liya tumne khana" (Seriously, Yuvika how can you forget to eat food. Yesterday when I called you, you told me that you had eaten food.)

She lowered her head and said, "Sorry"

"I guess she needed punishment" Yuvika blushed internally hearing punishment from his mouth and why not she's a dark romance writer not even a reader but a writer.

"And what are these clothes?" he asked Anvi. She shrugged and said, "Ye mera kaam nhi hai" (This is not my work)

Yuvika looked at Arjun and said, "Wo mumma ne kaha pure ghar ko pocha lagana hai to maine ye kurti pehen li, sasti hai na. waise bhi bad me isi ka pocha ban jayega" (Mom said that I have to mop the whole house so I wore this kurti, it is cheap, isn't it? Anyway, this will be used to mop the floor later)

Arjun smiled at her innocent words. Mahesh also laughed at her cute reply. Anvi asked Yuvika, "To ab bhuk lagi hai" She nodded meekly. (Are you hungry now?)

Anvi smiled and said, "Thik hai taiyar ho jao aur niche aa jana" She nodded and went to her room. (Alright, get ready and come down.)

Anvi looked at Arjun who was still smiling, "Agar tumhe bura laga ki maine tumhari biwi se kam karaya to bura man sakte ho, mai to use kam karwaungi and I suggest you, be strict with her" (If you feel bad that I made your wife work then you can feel bad, I will make her work and I suggest you, be strict with her)

Arjun shook his head and chuckled thinking, afterall she's her mother. He looked at her and asked, "What do you mean by be strict with her?"

"Matlab ye ki ye ladki ek no. ki aalsi hai. Din bhar apne phone me lagi rehti hai. Pyar se kaoi kam bolo to nhi karti iss liye strictness dikhani padti hai. Tum use kisi bhi cheez me busy rakhna like gym or kitchen ya like let her find a job or anything else but she needs to do exercise everyday. Nhi to uski health pe asar hoga. Aur vaise bhi ghar ka kaam karna sharam ki baat nhi hai."

(It means this girl is very lazy. She remains on her phone all day. She does not do any work even if I talk to her lovingly. That is why I have to show strictness. You should keep her busy in something like gym or kitchen or like let her find a job or anything else but she needs to do exercise every day. Otherwise, it will affect her health. It's not a shame to do house works)

Arjun nodded in understanding and smirked and thought, "I guess I have to punish you everyday on the bed. Well, it could be included as exercise."

"Ise chodo tum breakfast kar lo" (Leave it, have your breakfast) she said gesturing him towards the dining table.

He sat on the table and ate the aalu paratha which was specially made for Yuvika since she didn't had dinner last night.

Meanwhile, Yuvika came and started eating with them. After breakfast Anvi complimented her, "Dekha aise hi khana khaya karo taki body bani rahe tumhari warna pregnancy me complications ho sakti hai." (Look, you should eat food like this so that your body remains in good shape, otherwise there can be complications in pregnancy.)

Arjun's face snapped towards Yuvika and cupped her cheeks emotionally saying, "Yuvi you-" Before he could complete his words Yuvika placed her palm on his mouth and glared at him, "Absolutely no"

Anvi chuckled and said, "Arey beta wo pregnant nhi hai mai to bas advice de rahi thi" (Hey son she is not pregnant I was just giving you advice)

Arjun looked at Anvi seriously and asked, "Matlab agar Yuvi ne properly khana nhi khaya to pregnancy me problem ho sakti hai?" (Meaning if Yuvi does not eat proper food then there could be a problem in pregnancy?)

"Umm yes proper diet is necessary for a woman even before pregnancy," she said. Arjun nodded and said, "Ajj ke baad tum roj subh mere sath Gym jaogi" (After today you will go to the gym with me every morning)

Yuvika eyes widened at this announcement and said, "Arjun I don't need to go to the gym."

"You will" he declared and sat on the sofa. "Mumma, kya ulti seedhi cheze sikha rahe ho ise" (Mumma, what nonsense are you teaching him)

"Jo tu nhi sikh payi" (what you couldn't learn) she gave a tight-lipped smile to Yuvika.

Yuvika stomped her foot and went to her room to get her luggage.

In the car,

Yuvika was still sulking at his decision. She glared at Arjun and said, "Don't think about my mom too much. You know? If it's a headache my mom would blame me for not eating food properly. If My legs or hands pains even a little bit she'd blame me for not eating food properly. Every mother blame phone but my mother is different she blame me for not eating my food properly. So no gym or excercise. My health is too good to be cured"

Arjun smiled at her cute behavior and asked, "Why don't you want to go to the gym?"

She cutely glared at him and said, "Subh subh main nhi uth sakti" (I can't get up in the morning)

He chuckled and said, "Oh matlab problem subh uthne ka hai" She nodded. (Oh, so the problem is getting up in the morning)

He smirked and said, "To raat ko exercise kar lo" (So exercise at night)

She frowned and said, "Arey mujhe raat me bhi koi exercise nhi kar-" (Oh, I can't do any exercise at night either) She paused when she understood his meaning. She gulped and looked at him who was looking straight at the road.

"Kya Hua Yuvi, mera offer accha nhi laga?" (What happened Yuvi, did you not like my offer?)
